The exceptionally beautiful Ranakpur complex, 60 kms north of Udaipur, is one of the largest and most important Jain temple in India. The main temple is the ' Chaumukha Temple or Four-Faced Temple, dedicated to Adinath. Built in 1439, this huge, superbly crafted and well-kept marble temple has 29 halls suppotred by 1444 pillars, no two alike. Within the complex are two other jain temples to ' Neminath ' and ' Parasnath ' and, a littel distance away, a ' Sun Temple One kilometre from the main complex is the ' Amba Mata Temple .

The Maharani bagh orchard is located just 4 kms north of famous Ranakpur Jain temple. Situated at the base of Aravalli hills, these mango orchards were laid out in the late 19th century by the wife of maharajah Takhat Singh of Jodhpur. The orchard has a lot of shady trees and set among them are several neatly laid out cottages with all modern amenities. The cool and peaceful atmosphere invites a large variety exotic bird folk. The guests can spend hours watching the birds and relaxing. It is a nature lover's paradise. Traditional welcome on arrival and theme dinners in flaming torch light can be organised. For the adventure lovers, tents are available. visits to the nearby Ranakpur temples can also be arranged. Another facility available, is the swimming pool .
